Meaning of the Antigua and Barbuda Flag

The flag was designed by Reginald Samuel in 1966 and adopted on 27 February 1967. The seven-point golden sun represents the dawn of a new era. The red colour symbolizes the energy and dynamism of the people, while the black section represents the soil and African heritage.

Blue symbolizes hope, and the combination of gold, blue and white represents the sun, Caribbean Sea and sandy beaches of Antigua and Barbuda. The prominent V shape stands for victory.

Durable Flag for Indoor and Outdoor Use

The Antigua and Barbuda Flag is made from durable 115 GSM polyester and printed with clear, vivid colours. Reinforced edges and double-stitched seams provide additional strength. Two rust-resistant brass grommets allow quick and secure attachment to a flagpole, wall or balcony.

Care Instructions

Wash at up to 30°C using a mild detergent. Hand washing or a gentle machine cycle is recommended. Avoid strong bleach, aggressive rubbing and prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions.

Please note that our 2-year guarantee does not cover damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies. TEESNTOWELS cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.

We offer several payment methods, very easily and conveniently you can pay through Stripe and PayPal using your credit card or account.
