Orders are shipped from Italy on business days via DHL Express Service.

Business days are Monday through Friday.

Our delivery time varies depending on the destination of the country.

The courier delivery itself does not depend on us and it is standard 5 - 12(Free Shipping). If you want express/faster delivery which is express, it itself is 2-4 days(cost 25€). Average transit times by country are listed below.

All the shipments are provided by DHL Express Carrier. DHL On-Demand Delivery Service is provided without any additional cost to the customer, whenever it is granted by the Carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Express free shipping is valid on orders above €200/£200* for all the destination countries.

VAT:

Prices are always VAT-included when shipping to countries belonging to the European Union and to the United Kingdom. For all the other countries, additional costs for VAT and Custom Taxes will be collected by the carrier on the delivery.

TAXES AND DUTIES:

You do not have to pay import taxes and/or duties if you receive your shipment at an address within the European Union or the United Kingdom.

If you receive a shipment in the UK, you are not required to pay any import taxes and/or duties.

However, you do pay VAT which is already included in the retail purchase price at the checkout. If you receive a shipment in any other extra EU country (such as Norway, Switzerland, or Iceland) you will be required to pay import taxes and/or duties.

Import taxes and duties will be collected directly by the DHL carrier upon delivery or with other methods based on the country of destination. It is the responsibility of the customer/recipient to pay.

As the recipient, the customer is the importer and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Please note that our 2-year guarantee does not cover damage caused by mishandling via airline or third-party shipping companies. TEESNTOWELS cannot be held responsible for items that are delivered to the wrong address, lost or stolen in transit, or otherwise delayed by third-party shipping companies, postal depots, freight forwarders, etc.

We offer several payment methods, very easily and conveniently you can pay through Stripe and PayPal using your credit card or account.

The connection is well encrypted through the external payment providers Stripe and PayPal which guarantees security and convenience.

The information on the credit card (number of the card, expiry date etc.) are forwarded automatically via a coded security system to the Paymaster without „Shop Flag World“ ltd or any third party having any kind of access to this data. Even in the event of a possible refund, the complete credit card details cannot become known. This is why a refund is only possible on the card with which the purchase was originally made. The financial information connected with credit card transactions (number of the card, expiry date etc.) are automatically forwarded with a coded message without „Shop Flag World“ ltd or a third party having any access to them. Except in the event of a refund on possible returns, this information will never again be used.

Please note that the credit card account is directly debited but the payment is under review by our service provider. We are not allowed to send out the order until the payment is verified.

Please be also aware that with credit card payments the billing address and the delivery address must be both either within or outside EU.
